Father Heart Stories is the place I share our family’s stories – stories of forgiveness and reconciliation, seasons of joy and of loss, and the lifelong journey of trusting our Heavenly Father.
I was raised in the Pacific Northwest and joined Youth With A Mission (YWAM), a Christian missions organization, when I was nineteen years old. During this time, I had the privilege of meeting my husband and raising our four children. I have spent the last 35+ years traveling and ministering with him in over 60 countries.
Jim, my husband, was born in Australia. His grandparents were from Russia and barely escaped the perils of the Stalin regime. They journeyed with other Russian/Ukrainian believers into China where both Jim’s parents were born. They met in northern China and after many years made their way across, eventually emigrating to Australia. Many of the stories we will share here are of his own journey of forgiveness and healing with his father.
Collectively, we travel the world teaching on what we call the “Father heart” and “Mother heart” of God. From Russia to Eastern Europe to Central Asia, we have given our lives to sharing our own stories of God’s guidance, provision and forgiveness so that others might experience the freedom we’ve found in our own lives.
My hope is that, through these stories, you may find the same.
